Well, I guess I really am dying. I hit up the Safeway blood pressure tester just yesterday and it confirmed the bad news. Time to reduce alcohol and sodium intakes, and work out more regularly. I also tweaked my ankle pretty badly this weekend, I’m hobbling like a peglegged pirate. ARRRRR!
