So much hooplah around this one when it came out, but I’m not sure why. Marky Mark + Andre 3000 + Tyrese + Don Billingsley does not equal a great movie. In fact, it rarely (if ever) will. The guys do alright, but the plot is a mess (too many poorly done twists) and when I look back at it it doesn’t make all…
I was pretty excited to see this one because it was one of the few Tarantino films I had not seen. Unfortunately, I was severely let down. The movie attempts to be a comical horror much like Army of Darkness, but simply doesn’t add anything new to the genre. This is all about vampires, which have been done a million times. Slight let down.…

It’ll be one that I pop in for a spirited drive with the top down once it gets warm, but it won’t be receiving regular play. 6.0/10…
Boxing flick about a man’s rise from the bottom during the Great Depression to great things. I love me some true stories where the underdog comes out on top… Good stuff. I do have to question the depiction of of Max Baer, though. There is no way he could be as popular as he was given the attitude they showed in this movie. Heck,…
