The woman in the PT Cruiser ran the red light, hit the other vehicle causing it to flip and run over the pedestrian. As you can see, he attempts to run but does not make it. Apparently he was pronounced dead at the scene and on the way to the hospital he began breathing again. As far as I know, he is still alive.
