I’m really sad, the ‘Skins are really bad. I should be mad, for I have been had. They said we’d be good, as they always do. The ‘Skins prove otherwise, as they always seem to do.<br/><br/>1-4 now, 107 offensive yards. 10 points that can be attributed to the defense. Ravens had 17 that can be attributed to their defense. The ‘Skins offense only got past the 50 yard line once. Only had one drive with more than one first down. Brunell was getting booed (sp?). Gibbs said things were “miserable.” Woe to the ‘Skins, woe to the ‘Skins.

I know I’m not an NFL analyst, but the one thing that gets me about the skins is their inability to throw down the field. I don’t know who’s calling the plays (Brunell, Gibbs, someone else) but 99% of the 3rd down passes I’ve seen Brunell throw have all been to receivers short of the first down mark. Fucking amazes me. That and Brunell’s ability to burn through timeouts in the 3rd quarter – that’s a unique skill.
