I wasn’t much of a coffee drinker at my old job mainly because it sucked, and it wasn’t worth brewing good stuff at my desk cause I had to clean up afterwards. At the new job, the coffee rocks, and I’ve begun drinking it regularly.<br/><br/>What is so great about it? Well to start it freaking wakes me up! That alone is enough reason to drink it. Then, it’s free! Free makes everything better. And then, it’s already made. I drop my creamer and a touch of sugar in it and I’m done. But THEN the real kicker. It keeps me regular! I pop a cup when I show up and I’m destined for the toilet around 11am, which is perfect because our daily “big build” arrives just as I get back to my desk.<br/><br/>Good stuff indeed.

Caffeine is a diarrhetic. Coffee is high in caffeine. A Red Bull in the AM would most likely have the same effect.

I used to do red bull and it didn\\\’t seem to have the same effect. It should, but it just didn\\\’t and I have no real explanation for it.

I looked it up… a red bull has 80mg of caffeine while the average 6oz cup of coffee has 100mg. Most of us don’t drink a mere 6oz of coffee.

All I knew is caffeine is bad for you when you want to stay hydrated. And I had only ever heard someone say the word so I assumed they meant it can lead to well, diahrea, which itself can cause dehydration.
