I can’t ever seem to get enough sleep. I go to bed at 1am and wake up at 8am and I am tired. I shift my sleep time back to 11pm, but still wake at 8am and I am equally tired. I don’t get it. Luckily, I have recently been practicing the habit of Chronic Snoozing. My alarm rings at 8am, I slam the snooze button (5 minutes), and wake up feeling more refreshed at 8:05am after I doze off a bit again.<br/><br/>From my understanding, the snooze button is a friend of many, but I really don’t understand how it works. Can that energy gained in that semi-conscious 5 minutes really be that great? No way. Then why does it feel so good to snooze another 5? Someone please explain this phenomenon to me! Do you do it? I love it, and highly recommend it.
