I installed Windows XP on my personal machine! I had good reason, though:

a) Internet is down for a few weeks. No better time to upgrade than when I can’t play online games.
b) Age of Empires 3 just came out (requires XP). I was planning on not getting it just based on the requirement, but it should have a pretty strong single-player, which I’m in need of thanks to (a).

So Windows XP it is. At work I run it in classic mode, but for now I’m sticking with the XP mode. I’ll likely switch, but I’m going to try growing accustomed to it since I feel eventually MS will do away with “Classic Mode.”

That is it, just wanted to make you all aware of this sacrilege I have committed.
