Yes, but people still bid on it. You can\’t really say he was deceptive in any way. He clearly stated you were getting a box… Not even a real one. The sad fact that people bid it up that high was no fault of his own.

I agree… and I wonder what the justification for removal was. I guess he was guilty of impersonating another product with pictures and all, despite what the text said.

You can say he was being deceptive.
And you can say he’s an asshole because he was intentionally selling the box with the hopes of duping a less than intelligent person into buying it thinking it was the real deal.
