My new place is worth $706k. It is a shame I’m only renting it… Greg had a great idea last night, buying parking spaces. Certainly something I can afford that is in demand.

hmmm didn’t know you could buy parking spaces… interesting. to you have to pay real estate taxes on the land? have to get insurance on the propoerty? how much does a parking space cost?
