Not the kind of book I typically read, but I saw it on Amazon for like $1.50 used and couldn’t say no. I had heard good things about it, but never really knew anything until I opened it up. Overall, it was a very quick read and was a very good story. Left me with five new dollops (is that a word?) of wisdom. Since it took me over a month I forgot the first three, but I remember them being good. Of course I didn’t much care for the religious/God connotations, but they were easily ignored. After all, one doesn’t have to believe in that stuff to believe in the good that is inherent in man.

My next book? Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer. I think it is a pretty lengthy one so I should be done sometime around October.

8.8/10 – good read
