Played this at Best Buy, thought it was alright, was bored at work, decided to pick this up at home, played it two solid nights, got XBOX 360 for Christmas, decided to sell PS2, had to sell game, got more than I paid for it via eBay.
Yes, you sit in front of your TV with a wired plastic guitar, strumming on a flipper that acts as strings, and buttons that act as frets; much in the spirit of DDR. It takes a little while to get used to it, but by the time you’re proficient it is actually pretty fun. I managed to beat the entire game on the easiest mode (really not that easy) in two nights.
What’s better? I caught Caitlin in a serious, serious session.
8.0/10 – just a lot of repetition, almost feels like an exercise at times rather than a game
