I’ve been needing some new “jean shoes” for a while. These are also super comfy, well-made, and highly recommended.
I didn’t realize shoes and socks were man-style. I would think power tools and hookers would be more qualifying.

A house might not be affordable on a single income, but eventually, you might find someone that wants to share their income with you. In which case, your savings might contribute greatly to a down payment on the house you can’t currently afford on your own.

And yes Andy, I do not find it acceptable to live in a subpar area. I am ok with a subpar house, but not location.
