Well, technically it began yesterday, but <a href=”http://www.halhigdon.com/halfmarathon/index.htm” target=”_blank”>Hal Higdon’s Half-Marathon training program</a> has the first run scheduled today! Being the slacker that I am, I was going to go with the <a href=”http://www.halhigdon.com/halfmarathon/novice.htm” target=”_blank”>novice</a> program, which starting out isn’t much different than the running I’ve been doing, but Caitlin was quick to poopoo that idea so we’ll both be doing the <a href=”http://www.halhigdon.com/halfmarathon/inter.htm” target=”_blank”>intermediate</a>.<br/><br/>Wish me luck! Really all I need luck with is my body. Based on the running I’ve done over the past year, I think my shins are just trashed and I won’t be able to keep up the mileage. Oh well, I guess we’ll see!<br/>
