Same here. You’ll be happy to know it is a known issue. Need an immediate remedy? I have installed a patched version of Bon Echo, which is, from scattered reading, not only their codename for the Firefox 2.0 project, but what they call any developer/test releases. If someone wants to correct my 5-minute Google knowledge, please do.

In the few minutes I’ve used it, I’ve found that it does fix the problem and doesn’t have any wild side effects and it even pulls your preferences and other data from your real Firefox install, which doesn’t have to be mucked with.
