[Retitled because my sister doesn’t like the word “gooey” unless it has to do with baked goods. She removed the word “fetus” from her most recent post for me, making this a fair deal.]
I bought a nifty body-fat scale a few years ago, but never seem to use that function… The last time I actually logged it was January 2nd, 2007. At the time, I weighed 183 (this was before my blimping phase) and had a 15.8% percentage. That equates to 29lbs of fat. Gross.
This morning, for an unknown reason, I decided to check it again. 12.1% of my 170lbs is fat, which comes out to 20lbs. While that’s great, it also means my muscle + bone + whatever else mass has dropped from 154 to 150. “Things that make you go hrmmmm!” I suppose it could just be that the scale is crap. Or I just need to get to the gym more often.
