Steamtown it is. Was hoping for more responses, but what are ya gonna do when you only update your blog once a month?

I haven’t worked out the details, but I’ve registered. I suppose I should take it easy for another week or so and then bump back up the mileage. For the next two months I’m going to make a very conscious effort to do more strength training and watch what I eat; I’ve got about 5lbs of “skin” I could lose pretty easily.

Anyone wanna go? Gonna drive up Friday night, chill out on Saturday, race Sunday. Afterwards? Depends on who is coming/willing to drive me home and when
