It’s still around, people seem even more panicked than ever. My parents just got the shot, which I think was silly, but what can ya do?

My reasoning… By leaving the house and driving to some public place, you risk the following:

  • Death by auto accident – 40k/yr
  • Death by murder – 16k/yr
  • Death by some other sickness you could pick up from someone else – 50k/yr

So you’re putting yourself at risk of being 1 of those 106k deaths per year just to be vaccinated from being 1 of 2k deaths H1N1 is on pace to cause.

I’ll stay inside, save my time, save my money, save my gas, and be safer in the scheme of things.

Besides, I really wouldn’t want to end up like this. Honestly, give me death.
