Got off the blogging horse a bit there. For the past few weeks, I’ve been working pretty much every night and weekend. I did manage to take time for working out and prior engagements, but holy heck, that sucked. The cause was a team failure… Our lead overpromised, we didn’t call him out loudly enough, and we set an abitrary ship date. All bad stuff. The result was me and one of our developers more or less breaking ourselves for a few weeks. I’ve never worked so hard and I hope to never again.. Life actually started slipping… Wedding details were passing by, I ran out of laundry, I’d leave work in a daze. Ungh.

We kind of released last night… Still wrapping up some last minute details that arose, but fear not, I won’t have to not attend the next social function that comes up.

I’ve got a few blogs in the queue, but I need to give the mind a few days break… Maybe this weekend. Maybe not.
